You have been very helpful through this entire process. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time in the Pantanal. It is certainly a unique and beautiful place. Please tell Tito that we saw an otter in the Rio Preto, diving, popping his head up several times chewing on something, and then just swimming.
We will recommend your company to anyone else visiting Brazil.
Hi Mara
Please can you add my praise to guide Eddy (Chuluca) and staff at Fazenda Claro for a fabulous visit.
Alex and I enjoyed a fantastic time throughout the two days. Eddy's friendly and enormous knowledge of the Pantanal is very special.
We cannot praise him enough.
Your organization is excellent too.
Fabulous food, safaris and comfortable lodging.
Thank you
Cherry and Alex

Maybe most people think of Pantanal as jaguar spotting in the dry season, but it is definitely worth the while to visit in the wet season as well, if you are just the slightest interested in nature and lots of wild/birdlife! We had a wonderful "5 days/4 nights dynamic tour" mid January 2018 - Eddy as the skilled and knowledgeable guide. Rio Claro and Piuval are two well chosen Pousadas with very different landscapes around and thereby opportunities to see different bird/wildlife. Eddy performed good spotting and had a lot of stories about the different species and was always very helpful with answering questions, managing speciel requests from us or following a particular good opportunity for a certain specie of wildlife, if we saw- or heard it nearby. Roberto was as well always very helpful, despite our lack of skills in portuguese - so with two good guides, we had a wonderful time with Pantanal Nature in the wet season! "The frosting on the cake" was Eddy playing guitar and singing and Roberto giving lessons in managing a lasso - and well, we also saw a jaguar!

Hi, Mara: we're back from our trip now and I just wanted to thank you again for setting up the Pantanal portion of our travels. Everything was great, just as described in your brochure, and we saw lots of jaguars. Eddy (Chuluca) is a wonderful guide and a pretty good musician and singer too! He was instrumental in making sure we were safe and well cared for the entire time we were with him. His efforts on our behalf were outstanding and I ask that you pass along our thanks to him for a perfect safari. I would recommend Pantanal Nature to anyone planning a trip to the Pantanal.
Thanks again.

Dear Mara (and Ailton)
I just wanted to write to say thank you for the incredible time we had at the Jaguar camp and on our boat trips into the Pantanal.
It truly was one of the most amazing and special experiences of our lives and I honestly don't think anything will ever truly match up to the first time we came face to face with the indescribable beauty and power of the Jaguar.
The help, information and ability to adjust to all of our last minute changes was both exceptionally impressive and very professional.
We will be talking about this trip for years to come, probably until we both turn grey, but are hoping we will have a chance to come back sometime before then.
Thank you again and all the best for the rest of the year.

Amazing experience!
We took a 5 day/ 4 night Dynamic tour with Pantanal Nature in early May. Mara in Operations expertly arranged all aspects of our tour.
Our guide, Eddy, was exceptional. His local knowledge, his experience of where to find wildlife, his expert knowledge of the birds he pointed out, his fluency in English, his concern for our comfort in lodgings and his attention to organisational details, all meant we had the most wonderful experience.
As well as travelling along the Trans-Pantanal road, from which there is great wildlife spotting, we stayed on two beautiful ranches, Pousada Rio Claro and Pousada Puival, which offered different wildlife experiences. We were excited to see more than 60 species of birds, including rhea, jaiburu, hyacinth macaws, marsh deer, an armadillo, foxes, rabbits, snakes, caimans, capybaras and a river otter.
On arriving at Pousada Piuval on our third day we heard that a pair of jaguars had been spotted in the forest on the ranch the night before. From then Eddy, and our safari vehicle driver, Roberto, set out on an exciting mission to show us the jaguars! They immediately prepared a night safari - no jaguars. We set out again before dawn and by using their combined experience, by calling the jaguars and listening to where they called from, with guiding and driving skills, we spotted a jaguar in a clearing. By the time we arrived back at the Pousada for breakfast, we had seen this beautiful animal in the wild, seven times, and as close to 8 to 10 metres away!
Thanks again Eddy and Roberto for amazing experience!
If you are visiting Brazil, then a visit to the Pantanal is a must.

Wow what a trip!
After a rocky start to our trip due to flights it was refreshing the amazing service we got from Ailton. We were so fortunate to see almost every animal we could have in the wet season. Ailton goes above and beyond to make sure your tour is as memorable as possible. Ailton is so knowledge and passionate about the Pantanal and wildlife in general and he has so much information to give. We could not recommend him high enough. We will be back to do another tour in the dry season!

Very professional
Amazing experience!! Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable, always making sure we felt comfortable and always explaining everything about the wildlife. The lodges and food were great, one by the river and the other, deep in the savannah, 2 different experiences but equally amazing. We saw deers, giant otters, monkey, all sorts of birds, sooo many caymans and etc and met some very nice people along the way and even had some pool time in between all the activities. I was quite badly prepare to be honest, but our guides stopped along the way to take the necessary things and even lend us the binocular for the trip. I would definitely recommend Pantanal Nature, they are very professional from the booking enquiry to the last minute when they drop you at the desired place. It's important to make sure the tour is genuine when it comes to pantanal and Pantanal Nature definitely is. Special thanks to Edilson and Ailton, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife.

We were delighted with the tour. Everyday was full of interesting and varied things to do and see. Certainly one of the highlights of our trip around Brazil. The organisation was superb, with prompt responses to our questions, excellent information to make sure we were prepared and great communication all through the process. The accommodations and food are basic but very acceptable and, at the end of the day, you are in the Pantanal! We saw everything we expected to see, with wonderful views, animals and sunsets. We wanted to make to you an special point a about Gleise. She was just amazing and we will always remember this tour thanks to her, her sympathy, knowledge and professionally. She did all possible to make our tour just magical, and she managed to do so.
Thanks a lot for all your good work and a huge hug to Gleise!!
Martinez - Fernandez de la Puente family (4D/3N Jaguar & Wildlife Safari) - October 2016
The tour itself was fantastic. We got to see what we expected to see and more. The part we enjoyed the most were the three days on the houseboat and the boat excursions morning and afternoon. The accommodations and food on the boat were more than acceptable. Soares, our boat driver, made the outings very interesting by finding wildlife around every turn. However, more than anything else, Fernando (Pantanal Nature Guide) made the trip a success. He is an energetic, knowledgeable and very polite young man. We enjoyed every minute with him.
We are glad we selected Pantanal Nature. Originally we had planned a trip to Brazil and this area with Overseas Adventure Travel, a company we have used in the past to travel to many destinations such as Africa and the Galapagos, very good trips, but the way they include the Pantanal in their trip to this area is a crime. They do everything except visit what is most important to the area, the wildlife along the rivers.
Once again, thank you for everything you did to make our adventure a success.
Regards, Peter.

We'd like to simply write a general review to let you know that all aspects of the tour were absolutely impeccable. Accommodation, staff at the hotel, guide, driver, food, everything was great. We have nothing to report! Juan (Pantanal Nature Guide) was amazing, better than anyone could have wished for!
Take care,
Catherine.
